München–Haar, 20. – 23. Februar 2014
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
seit Jahren gibt es die „Nordic TeamGym Championship“. Als Pendant dazu gibt es nun erstmals den „Central European Competition“, ausgerichtet vom Bayerischen Turnverband. Gäste aus anderen Ländern sind herzlich Willkommen! Jedoch beschränkt sich die Kapazität auf ca. 50 Teams.
Parallel zum TeamGym-Wettkampf findet der Turnwettkampf „Vault-and-Floor-Trophy“ statt. Hier besteht ein Team aus 2-4 Turnern. Jedes Team zeigt zwei Bodenübungen und zwei Sprünge. Die Kapazität beschränkt sich auf ca. 20 Teams. Die Zulassung der Teams richtet sich nach der verbindlichen Meldung und den vorhandenen Kapazitäten.
Aus organisatorischen Gründen können einzelne Turnerinnen nicht an beiden Veranstaltungen teilnehmen. Wir würden uns sehr freuen Sie und Ihre Teams im bayerischen München-Haar zu begrüßen.

Versicherung
Alle Mitglieder des BLSV (Bayerischen Landessportverbandes) sind über die ARAG-Sportversicherung versichert. Alle anderen Teilnehmer müssen sich selber versichern!
Anreise und Übernachtung
In München stehen jede Menge Jugendherbergen zur Verfügung. Ebenso befindet sich in der Nähe der Wettkampfstätte ein Ibis-Hotel. Die Buchung übernimmt jedes Team eigenverantwortlich. Bei den Fahrten vom Hauptbahnhof, Flughafen und Übernachtungsstätte mit der S-Bahn zur Wettkampfhalle sind wir sehr gerne behilflich (Ticketskauf, Gruppentarif, Abfahrtszeiten etc.)!

Essen und Trinken kann während der Veranstaltung käuflich erworben werden. Nähere Informationen folgen Anfang Januar.
Mannschaftsfoto und Teilnehmerprofil
Für das Programmheft bitten wir um die digitale Zusendung eines Mannschaftsfoto im jpg-Format sowie Informationen über die Teilnehmer. Ein entsprechendes Formular wird nach Eingang der Meldung versendet und muss bis zum 15. Januar zurückgeschickt werden.
Musik
Jedes TeamGym-Team bringt für jede Disziplin und jeder Turner / Turnerin für seine Bodenübung eine eigene Musik-CD mit, die auf Track 1 abzuspielen ist und bei der Akkreditierung abgegeben wird. Daten-CD, USB-Stick etc. nicht möglich.
Akkreditierung
Jeder Teilnehmer hat ein amtliches Dokument bei der Akkreditierung vorzulegen woraus das vollständige Geburtsdatum ersichtlich ist. (Zum Beispiel Pass, Krankenversicherungskarte)
Veröffentlichung von persönlichen Daten
Es sind nur akkreditierte Medienvertreter und Fotografen im Innenraum der Veranstaltungshalle für Interviews, Fotos oder Filmaufnahmen zugelassen. Wir erbitten bei der Akkreditierung eine schriftliche Erlaubnis für die Veröffentlichung von Foto und Filmmaterial von der Veranstaltung.

Startgebühren: 150€ pro Team. Der Betrag ist bis zum 01. Januar 2014 zu überweisen. Kontodaten folgen.
Kampfrichter: jedes Team stellt einen Kampfrichter mit gültiger B-Lizenz auf eigene Kosten für beide Wettkampftage zur Verfügung. Ohne Kampfrichtermeldung ist eine Aufwandsentschädigung in Höhe von 150€ zu entrichten.
Reglement Vault-and-Floor – Trophy
Ein Team besteht aus 2 – 4 Turnern. Am Gerät starten jeweils zwei Turnerinnen pro Team, die beide in die Wertung kommen.
Freitag Qualifikationsrunde
Samstag Platz 1 – 5 Große Trophy-Runde
Platz 6 – 10 Kleine Trophy-Runde
Sprung: Jede Turnerin zeigt einen Sprung
Boden: Die Verwendung von einer Zusatzmatte (10cm) ist zugelassen. Sie darf während der Übung nicht verschoben werden.

Reglement TeamGym
Der Wettkampf wird nach dem aktuellen Reglement für TeamGym durchgeführt. Für das vereinfachte Programm der „CEC-Klasse“ gelten folgende Abweichungen:
Teamstärke: 6 – 12 Teilnehmer
Bodenprogramm: kein Gruppenelement
Tumbling: 3 Runden mit mind. 2 Elementen
Trampet: 1,30 – 1,65m Tischhöhe
Mixedteams müssen sich nur beim Tumbling und Trampet aus 50% Damen und 50% Herren zusammensetzen.

1. UEG-Senioren 1998 und älter
2. UEG-Junioren 1997 – 2001
3. CEC-Klasse 2004 und älter

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
The “Nordic TeamGym Championship” exists since several years. For the first time we are setting up a “Central European Competition” (CEC) in the Bavarian Gymnastic Federation. Guests from other countries are welcome. But please no more than 50 teams possible.
At the same time we are having a TeamGym-Competition “CEC” and a artistic gymnastics-competition “Vault-and-Floor Trophy”. At the artistic gymnastics-competition each team exists of 2-4 gymnasts. Each team shows two floor-exercises and two vaults. No more than 20 teams possible.
The admission of the teams depends on the capacity.
Because of organization-reasons the gymnasts cannot take part in both competitions.
We would be very happy to welcome you and your teams in Bavarian Munich-Haar.

In Munich we have a lot of Youth Hostels and near the competition-hall you will find an Ibis-hotel. Every team have to book for themselves.
We will help you to buy your tickets for the tram from the station and airport and the accommodation to come to the competition-hall.

Team-picture and information about the participant
For the pamphlet please send us a team-picture (jpeg) and some information about the participant. We will give you a form after the registration. Please send it back until the 15th of January.
Music
Every TeamGym-team needs their own music-CD per discipline and every artistic-gymnasts need their own CD per discipline too.
Accreditation
Every participant needs an official document with the name and the complete birthday (for example passport, medical-card).
Publication of personal dates
Only photographers and media representatives with a permit are allowed to make pictures during the event. We would be happy to get a permit from every competition-team at the accreditation that we can take the picture and films for release.
Prize money in women competition
All of the participating teams receive nice presents.
The teams who reach the places one to six receive prize money from totally 1550€.

Judges: Every team is required to register at least one judge with a valid B-license on his own costs for both competiton-days. Without any judges you have to pay a fine of 150€.

One team exists of 2-4 gymnasts. Per discipline they are two gymnasts in the competition. Both scores count.
Friday Qualification
Saturday Place 1 – 5 Big
Place 6 – 10 Small Trophy
Vault: Every gymnasts shows one vault.
Floor: taking an extra gymnastic-matt (10cm) is aloud. During the exercise should not be moved.

We will use the actual UEG-reglement for the “CEC”.
The lower class „CEC-class“ follows different rules:
Team: 6 – 12 gymnasts
Floor-program: no group-element
Tumbling: 3 Rounds with min. 2 elements
Trampet: 1,30 – 1,65m Vault table
Mixed-teams: only in the discipline tumbling and trampet you have to be 50% women and 50% men.
